Never send
A bigger bouquet than last year, every year.
- It is a ladder with no top, and the year you cannot climb it is the year it gets noticed.
- Keep the size and change the flower. We keep a note of what you sent last time.
What we would tell you in the shop
For a fiftieth, people expect us to recommend the most expensive thing in the shop. We usually recommend the opposite — something that looks like the flowers they had, not something that looks like money.
If you know what was in the original bouquet, tell us. Half the time we can get close, and when we cannot we will say so rather than guess.
The card
Yes.
Free, always, with any order. Thai, English or Chinese. Say which when you order. If you do not know what to write, say so. We will send three lines for the occasion and you pick one or change it. Most people do this and it is not unusual.

A bigger band is not a better bouquet. Above a large bouquet, most of what you are paying for is size — and size is a problem for anyone who has to carry it, find a vase for it, or fit it on a hospital bedside table. If a smaller one is right, we will say so.
